Orders

All prices on our website are in Australian currency ($AUD) and include 10% GST. 

Best method of payment is via creditcard. We accept Mastercard and Visa through our secure on-line payment system.  Once we have processed your order online, you will receive confirmation of order and payment via email.

We are also happy to take phone and/or email orders if preferred.  Payment for manual order can be made via creditcard ( Mastercard or Visa ).  To process an order manually, please contact us directly with details of order, preferred payment method, shipping address, email address and phone number.

Prices on our website and in- store may vary.  Prices shown on the website apply to goods purchased on-line.  We endeavour to provide accurate and current pricing and reserve the right to alter and update our pricing at anytime.

We endeavour to have our products stocked on our online store to be available at time of purchase. If an item is regrettably unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible.

All orders remain the property of Hukkleberry until all monies are paid for in full.

Delivery

Online orders will be despatched within 2 working days where possible.

Deliveries  within Australia will be sent via standard Australia Post.  We will endeavour to deliver goods as soon as possible but we are not liable for late deliveries and will notify you of any delays.

All orders are free deliveries Australia wide as a Promotional Offer.  The freight rates will revert to standard Australia Post rates after promotion is over, to be specified at a later date.  Please note that standard Australia Post delivery does not enable an item to be tracked.

Returns & Exchanges

Our products are quality inspected before they are despatched but if the product received is faulty or damaged, you may return the purchased item within 7 days of receipt for a full product refund.  You must contact us first. Any returned product must be unused and in its original packaging. Please include your receipt as proof of purchase. Please contact us via email or phone in regards to returns and refund instructions.

There is no refund for change of mind although we are happy to exchange or provide you with a credit note for the same value.  Please contact us within 7 days of receipt for exchange or credit note. ( valid for 3 months ). Delivery costs excluded.

Sale items can not be refunded or exchanged unless they are faulty.

We recommend you use registered post or a traceable service for returns as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Privacy

Hukkleberry is committed to maintaining the privacy of customers. Personal information will not be intentionally disclosed outside of our organisation.

Any credit card details you provide are encrypted for additional security. We have no ability to view your banking details.

Product Information

Most of our products are handmade or incorporate natural materials.  This means that each one may vary in colour, surface texture and may characterise imperfections.  In the case of leather which is a natural skin we recommend you use a leather conditioner and/or protector to preserve product.  Please feel free to contact us with any regards to these matters.

Some products sold through Hukkleberry are serviced by their manufacturer in accordance with the warranty information provided.

In - Store LayBy

At Hukkleberry  we can offer you our  In-Store Layby.  Our policy is a requirement of 20% deposit and 6 week collection.  Cancellation of Layby  will incur  a fee of $30.00.  No refunds will be given on deposits, only store credit.
